The place had a clean and visually appealing atmosphere, just like in the pictures, with a quiet and cozy ambiance. The bed was uncomfortable due to squeaking, and warm water never got hot in the shower. Despite the disappointing aspects, the fully equipped communal kitchen and modern facilities were impressive. The staff came across as arrogant and disrespectful, leading to arguments and unmet expectations, especially regarding check-in and breakfast arrangements. The manager's attitude towards guests was rude and unprofessional, affecting the overall experience negatively. While the area may not be inspiring, the spacious, clean room and satisfying breakfast voucher redeemed some of the stay.

Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous location in the middle of jackson, free parking onsite.
Beds were noisy.

There were satellite TV, a refrigerator, and a sitting area in the room, liked that. Got extremely comfy bed and spacious bathroom. The location was marvellous and comfortable, close enough to MEDICLINIC RESTAURANT and Polokwane and restuarants.

The hotel was exceptionally clean with tidy rooms, the staff were very welcoming and amicable, and the location was stunningly close to restaurants in a quiet area.

We really liked our stay at this place. It was super clean and the staff was friendly and always ready to help out. A bonus was that there's a coffee shop and a restaurant nearby, which was convenient for us to grab a bite to eat 😊.

We had a really spacious bedroom which was awesome. the fact that there was a shower and hairdryer available was a nice bonus. Also, the location was perfect! There were restaurants right outside, as well as more restaurants and even a coffee shop nearby. 🌟
